Key Responsibilit
- ies: Manage end-to-end distribution of raw materials and packaging supplies from distribution centres (DCs) to st
- ores.Plan, schedule, and track dispatches to ensure timely deliveries with Zero discrepan
- cies.Maintain optimal stock levels across regional warehouses and outlets to avoid stock-outs or excess inven
- tory.Coordinate with 3PL partners, stores, and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted su
- pply.Conduct regular audits to understand if processes are being followed and in line with company's Po
- licy.Monitor and assess vendor performance, inventory accuracy, delivery precision, and complaint resolution effici
- ency.Prepare and circulate timely reports covering inventory status, distribution performance, sales data, and vendor
- KPIs.Ensure all complaints are addressed and resolved within agreed turnaround times (
- TAT).Drive zero stock-out scenarios and maintain a 100% fill
rate.
Key Skills & Qualific
- ations:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related
- field.In-depth understanding of 3PL operations, warehouse management, inventory control, and last-mile delivery in QSR o
- r FMCG.Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tr
- acking.Strong negotiation, vendor management, and interpersonal communication
- skills.Knowledge of cold-chain logistics and handling of perishable goods is advant
- ageous.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight dea
- dlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to
detail.
