Distiller Foreman

Description

We are seeking an experienced Distiller Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the distillation process and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly. The Distiller Foreman will also be responsible for managing a team of distillers and ensuring that production targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the distillation process, including monitoring equipment and ensuring that all processes are carried out safely and efficiently
• Manage a team of distillers, providing training and support as needed
• Ensure that all production targets are met, and that products meet quality standards
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as needed
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the distillation process, and implement solutions as needed
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced on a regular basis
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, and that all employees are trained on safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in distillation
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field
• Experience managing a team
• Strong knowledge of distillation processes and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
