Position - Associate/ Senior Associate

Practice Area - White Collar Crime Litigation

Location - New Delhi

Qualification - Qualified lawyer and must be enrolled in Bar Council of India

PQE - 2 to 5 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling matters relating to white collar crime, economic offences and regulatory investigations.
• Assisting in litigation and proceedings before courts and relevant authorities.
• Conducting legal research and preparing briefs, pleadings, written submissions and other case-related documents.
• Assisting in matters involving investigations by enforcement and regulatory agencies.
• Working closely with senior lawyers on strategy, case preparation and client advisory.
• Managing matters independently, as appropriate to the level of experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified lawyer with 2–5 years of relevant experience in white collar crime, criminal litigation, economic offences or related disputes.
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in court proceedings and/or investigations would be preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
