Job Description
We are hiring a Dispensing Operator responsible for dispensing and sieving raw materials as per Batch Manufacturing Records while ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform dispensing and weighing activities as per SOP and BMR.
- Handle sieving, material verification, and batch documentation.
- Operate dispensing equipment, balances, vibrosifters, and PDA systems.
- Scan and update material details in SAP systems accurately.
- Ensure cleanliness and line clearance before dispensing activities.
- Perform verification and calibration checks for balances and sieves.
- Follow GMP, HSE, and data integrity requirements.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of dispensing operations in pharma manufacturing
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Good documentation practices (GDP)
- Attention to detail and quality compliance
- Communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / Graduation
- 1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/dispensing preferred
