Role Overview
The Dispatch Executive will ensure timely and accurate dispatch of Finished Goods (FG) across sales channels, maintain an organized dispatch area, and coordinate with logistics partners for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time dispatch of FG orders for GT, MT & Institutional channels.
- Check order accuracy SKUs, quantities & labelling before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and systematic dispatch zone.
- Prepare and handover dispatch documents (invoice, packing list, etc.).
- Coordinate with logistics partners and resolve dispatch/delay issues.
Key Performance Indicators
- 100% dispatch within 24 hours of request.
- 0.5% error rate in dispatched orders.
- 100% fill rate (no partial dispatch unless approved).
- 95%+ score in dispatch area housekeeping.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree / experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with WMS / warehouse tools (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills
Experience: upto 4 years of experience
