Role Description The Dispatch Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations, including planning and scheduling shipments, coordinating with warehouse and production teams, and ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and on time. The Dispatch Manager monitors delivery performance, resolves logistical issues, and maintains clear communication with customers, transport partners, and internal stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include supervising dispatch staff, maintaining dispatch records and documentation, optimizing routing and load planning, and enforcing safety and compliance standards. The role involves regular review of operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce delays, and support overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and Operations Management capabilities to lead dispatch teams and manage day-to-day workflows.
• Candidates should possess practical expertise in Dispatching, including scheduling, routing, and coordinating shipments.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, transport partners, and internal teams.
• Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or dispatch operations within manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with a hands-on approach to resolving operational issues.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and dispatch/ERP systems for tracking orders and generating reports.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under time-sensitive conditions.
• A diploma or degree in logistics, operations, business, or a related field is preferred.
