• Export Documentation Expertise
• Ability to prepare documents like Draft BL, COO, E-way bills, vendor creation documents, and project-specific export documents.
• Accuracy in verifying and reconciling documents with CHA, freight forwarders, and dispatch teams.
• Coordination & Stakeholder Management
• Efficient coordination with transporters, freight forwarders, CHA, dispatch teams, accounts, and nominated FFs.
• Strong communication skills to ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of export–import processes.
• Knowledge of vessel schedules, cut-off timelines, ICD operations, stuffing/handovers, and container movements.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, freight coordination, and multimodal transport.
