Job Opportunity: Stores / Dispatch Manager

Key Duties And Responsibilities
The Stores / Dispatch Manager will be responsible for the full life cycle of inventory, from receipt to final dispatch, including but not limited to:
- Inventory and Warehouse Management
- Receipt & Inspection: Oversee the proper receiving, inspection, and verification of all incoming goods, raw materials, and finished products against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Storage & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment. Implement and enforce proper storage techniques, including the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method, to prevent damage, loss, or expiry.
- Stock Control: Conduct daily cycle counts and periodic full physical inventories. Maintain accurate digital and physical stock records using the company's Inventory Management System/ERP.
- Security: Implement and monitor strict security measures to prevent theft, damage, or unauthorized access to the store/warehouse.
- Dispatch and Logistics Management
- Order Fulfillment: Manage the picking, packing, and staging of finished goods for both local distribution and export.
- Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team, local transport contractors, and external logistics providers to ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of all outgoing shipments.
- Documentation: Generate and verify all dispatch-related documentation, including delivery notes, waybills, loading sheets, and transport manifests, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively track deliveries and resolve any delays, discrepancies, or issues that arise during transit.
- Reporting and Compliance
- Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, stock movement, inventory discrepancies, slow-moving items, and dispatch performance metrics to management.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Work Schedule: Must be flexible and willing to work on weekends and public holidays as required by the fast-paced nature of the logistics and dispatch schedule, with compensated time off or pay.
- Attributes: Young, physically fit, proactive, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of urgency.
Qualifications And Experience (Desired Profile)
- Nationality: Must be an Indian National.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in storekeeping, warehouse management, and dispatch/logistics, preferably within a manufacturing or large-scale distribution environment.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Inventory Management Software or ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP B1, or similar). Excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Personal Attributes: High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and proven ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
