Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities

Daily Dispatch Management

• Plan and coordinate dispatches from the central kitchen and warehouse to cloud kitchens as per schedule
• Ensure proper loading, route planning, and dispatch timelines are met
• Verify issuance of materials against dispatch plans to prevent shortages

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with drivers, 3PL partners, and internal teams for seamless delivery execution
• Track vehicle movements to ensure timely arrival and proper route adherence
• Maintain required documentation including delivery challans, GRNs, and transfer notes

Monitoring & Control

• Monitor cold chain compliance during temperature-sensitive shipments
• Track vehicle utilization, route performance, and escalate any delays or issues
• Identify gaps in logistics execution and implement corrective actions

Reporting & MIS

• Maintain dispatch logs, trip sheets, and delivery records
• Generate daily MIS reports highlighting dispatch performance, delays, and shortages
• Support initiatives for logistics cost optimization

Process Compliance

• Ensure adherence to SOPs related to hygiene, food safety, and product handling
• Monitor vehicle hygiene and staff behavior during dispatch processes

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics operations within food, cloud kitchen, QSR, or FMCG sectors
• Solid knowledge of dispatch planning, route management, and 3PL coordination
• Familiar with GPS tracking tools and MIS reporting systems
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and sense of accountability
