R&R Dispatch Hub is expanding, and we're looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our team as a Dispatch Executive.

Position: Dispatch Executive – Fresher
Education: Any Degree
Process: US Truck Dispatching
Shift: Night Shift
Working Hours: 05:30 PM – 02:30 AM
Meal: Meal provided by the company

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills – verbal & written
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn and grow in the US logistics industry
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Freshers are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day US Truck Dispatching operations
• Communicate professionally with brokers and drivers
• Search, negotiate, and coordinate loads
• Assist with load booking and dispatch operations
• Maintain proper communication and documentation
• Coordinate with drivers and the operations team for smooth execution
