Compensation:₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on qualification and experience)

Fermentis Lifesciences (FLS) is a leading contract manufacturing partner for the Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, and health and wellness industries. We manufacture gummies, nutrition bars, powders, capsules, tablets, liquids, and softgels for private-label and custom-formulation needs.
Role Overview
The Dispatch Executive will manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely shipment of finished goods, accurate documentation, transporter coordination, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute dispatches as per delivery schedules and customer requirements.
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for picking, packing, and dispatch readiness.
- Arrange vehicles and liaise with transporters for timely deliveries.
- Verify product quantities and documentation before dispatch.
- Track shipments and share status updates with internal teams.
- Maintain dispatch reports and records.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety standards.
- Support inventory reconciliation and warehouse operations when required.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- A diploma or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Dispatch, Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience in Food Manufacturing, Nutraceuticals, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or the manufacturing industry will be preferred.
