About The Role

Kuche7 Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Dispatch Engineer to manage and coordinate the complete dispatch process from factory to customer/site. The candidate will be responsible for dispatch planning, documentation, coordination with internal departments, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities as per customer and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Stores, QC, Purchase, and Sales/Project teams for dispatch readiness.
• Verify finished products before dispatch as per dispatch checklist and approved documents.
• Ensure correct quantity, product, accessories, hardware, and packing before loading.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, challans, invoices, packing lists, and delivery-related documents.
• Coordinate with transporters and arrange vehicles as per dispatch requirements.
• Plan proper loading, packing, and material placement to avoid product damage during transportation.
• Track dispatched material and coordinate with transporters for delivery status and POD.
• Maintain daily dispatch reports and records.
• Ensure all dispatches are completed within the planned timelines.
• Coordinate with customers/sites regarding delivery schedules and requirements when required.
• Handle dispatch-related issues, shortages, damages, or discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records of pending, dispatched, delivered, and returned materials.
• Support inventory and material reconciliation related to dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with company dispatch and safety procedures.
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Logistics, or relevant field.
• 1–4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, production coordination, or a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, sheet metal, stainless steel, modular kitchen, furniture, or interior products will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of dispatch planning, packing, loading, and transportation coordination.
• Basic understanding of ERP/HRMS/dispatch management systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.
