Job Description

Job Summary - Dispatch Cum Store Executive

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Cum Store Executive to manage daily store operations, inventory records, material inward/outward, and dispatch activities. The candidate should ensure timely dispatch of finished goods, maintain accurate stock records, coordinate with production and logistics teams, and follow company inventory procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Store Management

  • Receive and verify raw materials, packing materials, and consumables.
  • Maintain proper inward and outward stock records.
  • Organize materials systematically using FIFO/FEFO where applicable.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
  • Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store.


Dispatch Management

  • Prepare materials for dispatch as per customer orders.
  • Coordinate with transporters for timely delivery.
  • Generate Dispatch Challans, Delivery Challans, Packing Lists, and E-Way Bills (if applicable).
  • Verify quantity, packing, and product quality before dispatch.
  • Ensure correct labeling and packaging of finished goods.
  • Track dispatched materials until delivery.


Documentation

  • Maintain inward and outward registers.
  • Update ERP, Excel, or inventory management software.
  • Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Dispatch Register, and Stock Register.
  • File all dispatch and store-related documents properly.
  • Prepare daily and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.


Coordination

  • Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, Sales, Quality, and Accounts departments.
  • Follow customer dispatch schedules and priorities.
  • Assist during internal and external inventory audits.


Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of inventory and store management.
  • Knowledge of Dispatch Documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Experience with ERP software will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.


Qualification

  • Graduate in Any Discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).
  • Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics is an added advantage.


Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in Store and Dispatch operations in a manufacturing company.
  • Experience in the Rubber, Plastic, Engineering, or Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
