Role Description
We are seeking a Dispatch cum Customer Support professional for a full-time, on-site role located in Agra. This role involves coordinating the dispatch of goods, providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The candidate will manage logistics operations while maintaining constant communication with internal teams and customers to ensure timely deliveries and satisfaction. Effective problem-solving, multitasking, and attention to detail will be key to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and logistics coordination skills to efficiently manage dispatch operations
- Excellent customer support, complaint resolution, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with order management systems or logistics software is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office and email communication
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, logistics, or related fields
- Experience in a similar role and familiarity with the retail or fashion industry is an advantage
