About the Role

We are looking for a smart and fast-paced Dispatch Coordinator who has hands-on experience in quick commerce dispatches. The ideal candidate should be able to handle high-volume order dispatching, coordinate with delivery partners, and ensure on-time dispatch with zero errors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end dispatch operations for quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, etc.)

Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within the defined SLA/TAT

Coordinate with delivery partners, riders, and 3PL logistics teams for smooth dispatch

Monitor real-time order status and resolve any delays or escalations immediately

Maintain dispatch records, MIS reports, and daily dispatch logs

Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock availability before dispatch

Handle Return to Origin (RTO) cases and ensure proper documentation

Communicate with quick commerce platform operations teams for order discrepancies

Ensure proper labelling, packaging, and documentation for every shipment

Track and report daily dispatch performance metrics to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

1–2 years of experience in dispatch operations, preferably in Quick Commerce (Blinkit / Zepto / Swiggy Instamart / Dunzo)

Good understanding of last-mile delivery and order fulfilment process

Strong coordination and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and order management tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Flexible with working hours including weekends if required

Good problem-solving and decision-making ability

Salary Budget - 30-35k
