Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch Clerk to manage dispatch documentation and coordinate shipment processes. The candidate will be responsible for generating invoices from Tally, creating E-Way Bills, and ensuring accurate documentation for smooth dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales invoices and billing documents using Tally.
- Prepare and manage E-Way Bills for product dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch of goods.
- Maintain proper dispatch records and documentation.
- Verify dispatch details including quantities, invoice numbers, and shipment information.
- Ensure compliance with GST and transportation documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing of dispatch-related documents.
- Coordinate with accounts and sales teams for order and billing confirmation.
Candidate Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
- 01 years of experience in dispatch, billing, or logistics coordination
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Tally for invoice generation
- Knowledge of E-Way Bill generation and GST documentation
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and office documentation
- Good coordination and communication skills
