We are looking for an active enthusiastic Dispatch assistant.
Roles and Responsibility.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2 years of experience in billing or invoice dispatch.
Proficient in Excel, including V-lookup, Pivot, and basic formulas.
Knowledge of GST compliances is essential.
Involvement in coordinating with clients for queries and internal teams for invoices and supporting data.
Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities.
Maintain up-to-date customer contact information in the master file or system data base.
Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Responsible for tracking dispatched and pending invoices.
