Job Requirements

Evaluate existing plant setups and propose optimal solutions to achieve target objectives in the Energy sector.
Develop, define, and simulate models using Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation to enhance operational efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks, conduct iterative simulations, and optimize resource requirements using analytical data for the Energy industry.

Work Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Discrete Event Simulation (DES).
Proficiency in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
Strong programming skills in C, C++, C#, or SimTalk.
In-depth knowledge of industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
Hands-on experience in machine shop practices.
Familiarity with manufacturing, assembly line, warehouse, and logistics simulation.
Ability to analyze engineering models/drawings and anticipate potential assembly issues.
Understanding of general assembly methods, machines, and part requirements.
Six Sigma certification is an added advantage.
Experience working in large matrix organizations, handling multiple tasks and interfaces effectively.
