The Discovery Lab Filtration Leader is responsible forresponsible for growth and expansion of direct/indirect sales within India & South Asia on all catalogue Whatman and Pall branded products.

This position reports to the Discovery Commercial Leader and is part of the Cytiva Commercial Organization located in Ahmedabad/Bangalore/Mumbai and will be an working remotely to cover the India region. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  • In a matrix organization, develop a team of Account Managers and Sales Specialists that focus on growing the two brands (Whatman and Pall).

  • Define and execute the Lab Filtration commercial strategy aligned with regional and global priorities. Drive market share growth across key verticals such as Pharma/ biopharma, CROs/CDMOs, and Academics.

  • Accountable for financial and demand planning for Whatman and Pall portfolios. Build and execute new customer (or key account) acquisition strategy with the country/region.

  • Customer, market, and product expertise. Understand and analyze market/competitive dynamics and develop commercial plans to capitalize opportunities for growth.

  • Continuously improve the technical know-how of the commercial teams and assure proficiency in lab filtration with effective training and routine communications.

  • Know, interact, manage professional relations with key customers in biotech, translational research, and academia to understand customer needs.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Sciences required. Advanced degrees and/or MBA preferred.

  • A strong understanding of QC, OEM, Applied segment, and life science industry.

  • 10+ years of life sciences commercial experience, team management experiences preferred.

  • Ability to energize, develop, build rapport, collaborate, work in matrix organization and cross functions.

  • High level presentation and interpersonal skills able to communicate and present ideas that builds strategic relationship.
