About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced ITOM Discovery Implementation Specialist to join our team and support the deployment of HCL BigFix Service Management Discovery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing discovery solutions and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and application topology mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ITOM Discovery solutions for infrastructure and application mapping.
• Configure and manage discovery probes and sensors.
• Conduct demos, workshops, and client consultations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize discovery processes.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide expert guidance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 710 years of experience in ITOM Discovery implementations.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, BMC Discovery, Device42, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of network, server, and application topology mapping.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end discovery projects.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
