🎯 What You’ll Do
- Monitor and moderate conversations in Discord and Telegram
- Enforce community guidelines and keep discussions respectful and on-topic
- Answer basic questions from users and direct them to the right resources
- Escalate issues or concerns to the core team when needed
- Help grow an active, informed, and welcoming community atmosphere
- Provide feedback on user sentiment and suggest improvements
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Strong familiarity with Discord and/or Telegram (mod tools, bots, etc.)
- Interest or background in finance, trading, or crypto
- Good written communication skills in English
- Ability to stay calm and professional in high-traffic discussions
- Previous mod experience is a plus but not required
