Professional Experience
Candidates must have around 1-3 years of significant professional experience in FEA analysis using Ansys workbench.
Good theoretical knowledge on core Mechanical subjects like SOM, Dynamics and Fatigue.
Good experience in nonlinear simulations, Vibration simulations (Modal, Harmonic, PSD, Transient) and Optimization.
Good in understanding of Automotive Systems
Good problem solving and communication skills
Good in written and Verbal communication.
Support Operations
Perform the FEA simulations.
Solving the simulation convergence issues.
Post processing and Results interpretation.
Validate mechanical design and propose solutions to improve design modifications.
Validation of simulation results by comparing with test results.
Supporting methodology development and benchmarking simulation tools applications.
Time planning, Tracking and updating the status of the customer.
Document and share best practices.
Successfully handle multiple priorities.
