- Budget Awareness Demonstrate awareness of project budgets and strive to optimize resource utilization within their scope of work.
Support operations
- Technical Solution Execution Execute technical solutions for engineering tasks within defined projects, focusing on Newness levels 1-2 (fully applied or design based on existing rules).
- Problem Solving Support Actively participate in problem-solving initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers, applying Valeo standard methodologies like QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) to analyze issues and contribute to solution finding.
- Technical Documentation Prepare clear and concise technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and presentations, to effectively communicate their work.

- Technical Development Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge within the Discipline, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
- Technical Coaching Provide technical guidance and support to Discipline Junior Engineers, fostering their onboarding and skill development.
