Disbursement Team Member

Job Purpose-

Disbursement appraiser for retail home loans will be responsible to evaluate and verify loan disbursement requests to ensure they align with the lender's guidelines and the borrower's needs. This role involves reviewing loan documentation, property documents for various type of Home loans, and assessing the appropriateness of requested funds. The appraiser ensures that disbursements are accurate and compliant, minimizing risk and ensuring a smooth loan process.

Job Responsibilities (JR):

• To ensure that documents are reviewed as per prescribed policy and coordinating with the internal departments.
• Review disbursement applications to ensure that all conditions and requirements precedent to disbursement are satisfied and that internal rules and procedures are complied with, prior to approval and payment.
• Underwriting as and when required in files.
• Ensure that disbursements are accurate and compliant, minimizing risk and ensuring a smooth loan process.
• To ensure Approval Rate Credit & End to End TAT Pending Reasons Rejection Reason to be monitored on real time basis.
• To process loan disbursement as per customer request and timelines laid down by the organization.
• Ensure compliance with processes/ procedures stipulated under SOPs, Policies, Guidelines and Regulations.
• Handle business system requirements, testing and enhancement of processing and reporting system according to scheduled timeline.
• Assessing the applicants financial backgrounds, income, credit scores, debt levels, and employment history to make informed decisions about loan approvals, terms, and interest rates.
• Re-appraisal of loans ensuring all relevant credit checks reviewing latest income documents, obligations, CIBIL, residence and employment verifications.
