About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Executive- Abroad Remittance to manage overseas tuition fee payments through Flywire for students pursuing higher education abroad. The candidate will work closely with students, education loan counsellors, and partner teams to ensure smooth and timely international fee remittances.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact students who have received education loan approvals and are eligible for
Abroad remittance services.
- Educate students about the Flywire payment process and benefits.
- Collect required documents, including university fee invoices and payment details.
- Generate and share Flywire quotations/payment links with students.
- Obtain customer consent and coordinate payment processing.
- Follow up with students to ensure timely completion of remittance transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and Flywire representatives to resolve transaction-related
issues.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and counseling skills.
- Excellent follow-up and relationship management abilities.
- Good understanding of international education and student requirements.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in:
○ Forex services
○ Education loans
○ Banking or financial services sales
- Experience working with Flywire, forex Companies, or student financial services will be
