Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our resilience posture and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) lifecycle from an infrastructure perspective. This role will own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of DR strategies, ensuring alignment with business continuity objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- RTO/RPO Management Define, monitor, and validate Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) across critical systems.
- DRP Review Outcomes Conduct periodic reviews of DRP effectiveness, document outcomes, and recommend improvements.
- Test Results Manage and report on Disaster Recovery Tests (DRTs), ensuring deviations are captured and corrective actions implemented.
- Infrastructure Risk Evolution Assess evolving risks due to technology shifts, hybrid workloads, and emerging cyber threats.
- Manage DR Tests Plan, execute, and oversee DR drills, ensuring coverage of critical applications and infrastructure.
- DRP Design & Lifecycle Ownership Own the end‑to‑end DRP lifecycle, from design to post‑implementation reviews, ensuring governance and compliance.
- DRTS Execution Develop and validate Disaster Recovery Test Scenarios (DRTS) for infrastructure components.
- Post DR Activities Lead documentation, stakeholder debriefs, and continuous improvement initiatives after DR events/tests.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in infrastructure resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Hands‑on experience with DRP design, lifecycle management, and execution of DRTS.
- Proven ability to manage RTO/RPO targets and align them with organizational objectives.
- Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for evolving infrastructure landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting and cross‑functional collaboration.
