Role Description The Aviation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves guiding students who are interested in aviation-related education and careers, including explaining aircraft and aviation concepts in an accessible way. The Aviation Specialist will conduct counselling sessions, provide information on aviation programs and institutions, and support students in selecting suitable study paths. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of aviation trends, coordinating with partner institutions, preparing informational materials, and responding to student and family inquiries. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate information, high-quality service, and a positive experience for every student.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong knowledge of aviation and aircraft operations.
  • Candidates should possess understanding or experience in aircraft maintenance concepts and standards.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Candidates should possess proven customer service abilities and a student-focused mindset.
  • Relevant experience in aviation training, counselling, or airline/airport operations is beneficial.
  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences and support informed decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced educational environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in aviation, aerospace, engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
