We are looking for a senior operations leader to manage end-to-end execution of large-scale renewable energy projects. The role involves handling multiple project sites, driving execution timelines, controlling cost and quality, resolving operational bottlenecks, and leading project teams across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead execution of renewable energy/EPC projects from planning to commissioning
- Manage multiple projects with exposure to 100–220 MW portfolio
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and budget adherence
- Handle project governance, reporting, milestone tracking, and execution reviews
- Lead and mentor Project Managers and site execution teams
- Resolve operational, engineering, procurement, and stakeholder challenges
- Coordinate with EPC partners, contractors, vendors, and leadership teams
- Drive process improvement, SOP implementation, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency
Required Skills :
- Strong experience in renewable energy / infrastructure / EPC execution
- Expertise in project lifecycle management, commissioning, and site operations
- Experience handling multi-site and large-scale projects
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
- Hands-on problem-solving and execution-driven mindset
