Director -US Staffing Growth

We are looking for a founding team member who understands the US staffing industry and wants to help build the future of AI-powered recruiting.

As our Founding Director – US Staffing Growth & Strategic Partnerships, you will play a key role in helping HyRecruitAI become the preferred AI platform for US staffing firms.

You will:

• Advise the leadership team on US staffing workflows and market trends.
• Validate product features and recommend improvements.
• Build relationships with staffing agency owners and decision-makers.
• Introduce HyRecruitAI to your professional network.
• Conduct product demonstrations and gather customer feedback.
• Help define pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
• Identify partnership opportunities with staffing firms and recruitment leaders.
• Work closely with the founders to refine the product based on real market needs.
• Contribute to customer acquisition and long-term growth.

• 7+ years of experience in US IT Staffing or Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Existing network within US staffing agencies.
• Experience working with ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building products.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Previous leadership or business development experience is a strong advantage.
