About the Role:

Logikality is looking for a strong sales professional for the role of Director, US Sales.

This role is meant for people who have at least 2 years of experience selling to the US market and are ready to take on meaningful responsibility in building pipeline, opening conversations, driving follow-ups, and contributing to revenue growth in a serious way.

We are looking for someone who understands how to engage US prospects professionally, build trust with decision-makers, maintain sales discipline, and create real business opportunities. This role is not about passive account support. It is about ownership, maturity, consistency, and commercial sharpness.

At Logikality, this person will work closely with leadership and play an important role in strengthening our global sales motion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound sales efforts for US markets
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, calls, and structured follow-ups
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
  • Conduct early discovery conversations and position the company credibly
  • Research accounts, decision-makers, industry context, and potential opportunities
  • Maintain high discipline in follow-ups, CRM updates, and pipeline hygiene
  • Support conversion of interest into qualified meetings and business discussions
  • Work closely with leadership on account strategy, messaging, and sales priorities
  • Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and strong business communication

Required Qualifications:
