Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Support planning and execution of transformation projects across JLL
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through execution to closure
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors/consultants for project delivery

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand objectives and business needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional leaders and project teams
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans
  • Facilitate alignment across multiple teams to ensure successful project outcomes

Transformation & Change Management

  • Lead or support transformational change initiatives across business functions
  • Identify risks related to change adoption and develop mitigation strategies
  • Support benefit realization and ensure readiness for change implementation
  • Contribute to organizational change management capability development

Project Planning & Governance

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource requirements
  • Define training and skill development needs for project teams
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance standards
  • Support improvements to project management processes and tools

Risk, Issue & Problem Solving

  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and resistance to change
  • Apply structured analytical approaches to resolve complex problems
  • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of project issues
  • Drive root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions

Communication & Reporting

  • Manage project communication plans and ensure timely updates to stakeholders
  • Support knowledge sharing and documentation across teams
  • Provide clear reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes

Capability Building

  • Support development of project and change management capabilities within the organization
  • Promote best practices in transformation delivery and execution excellence
  • Mentor and guide team members where required
