Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
- Support planning and execution of transformation projects across JLL
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through execution to closure
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors/consultants for project delivery
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand objectives and business needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional leaders and project teams
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans
- Facilitate alignment across multiple teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Transformation & Change Management
- Lead or support transformational change initiatives across business functions
- Identify risks related to change adoption and develop mitigation strategies
- Support benefit realization and ensure readiness for change implementation
- Contribute to organizational change management capability development
Project Planning & Governance
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource requirements
- Define training and skill development needs for project teams
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance standards
- Support improvements to project management processes and tools
Risk, Issue & Problem Solving
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and resistance to change
- Apply structured analytical approaches to resolve complex problems
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of project issues
- Drive root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions
Communication & Reporting
- Manage project communication plans and ensure timely updates to stakeholders
- Support knowledge sharing and documentation across teams
- Provide clear reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes
Capability Building
- Support development of project and change management capabilities within the organization
- Promote best practices in transformation delivery and execution excellence
- Mentor and guide team members where required
