Director - Technology Services

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise technology services in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and business units to identify technology needs and drive transformation initiatives.
• Lead the modernization of infrastructure and IT services to improve performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

Service Delivery & Operations:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT support, service desk, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Implement and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for outsourced services, hardware, and software solutions.

Infrastructure & Cloud:

• Lead infrastructure strategy including data centers, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, and storage.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.

Team Leadership:

• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing IT service teams across multiple domains.
• Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Governance & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures.
