We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Director to lead and scale our recruitment function for a fast-growing IT Services organization. This role will be responsible for designing and executing hiring strategies, managing high-volume and niche tech hiring, and building a strong employer brand to attract top talent globally.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive hiring strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans
- Forecast hiring needs based on project pipelines and client demands
- Drive workforce planning in collaboration with business leaders
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of recruiters, sourcing specialists, and coordinators
- Set performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure team productivity and accountability
- Foster a high-performance, data-driven recruitment culture
- Partner with senior leadership, delivery heads, and account managers to understand hiring needs
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.)
- Provide data-driven insights and regular reports to leadership
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes and tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 12–18+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong experience in IT Services / Consulting hiring (mandatory)
- Proven track record of managing large-scale and niche tech hiring
