We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Director – Talent Acquisition to lead sales hiring and workforce performance for a growing exhibitions business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Business Development, Sales Managers, City Heads, and senior sales leadership across multiple cities.
• Build and manage high-performing recruitment teams and external hiring partners.
• Partner with business heads on sales targets, KRAs, incentives, and performance management.
• Oversee onboarding, productivity, employee engagement, and sales team retention.
• Ensure effective recruitment processes, budget control, HR operations, and compliance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15–20 years of HR experience with strong exposure to sales recruitment.
• Proven experience building and managing target-driven sales teams.
• Strong understanding of sales incentives, performance metrics, and workforce productivity.
• Hands-on, commercially focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
