Job Description

  • Oversee portfolio performance, maximizing value, income, occupancy, and returns.
  • Drive assetlevel business plans, including leasing, enhancements, capex, and valuecreation initiatives.
  • Monitor and report financial performance using datadriven KPIs and variance analysis.
  • Ensure property management excellence, tenant satisfaction, cost control, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead leasing strategy, tenant mix, occupancy, and market competitiveness.
  • Manage and grow the REaaS platform, ensuring highquality service delivery and securing thirdparty mandates.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead proposals, pitches, and commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with finance, development, operations, and other business units.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • 20+ years experience in real estate asset management and operations.
  • Strong track record in managing commercial portfolios and leading leasing programs.
  • Business development experience preferred, with strong asset strategy, negotiation, and financial analysis skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
  • ESG awareness with experience delivering sustainability outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and investor relations capability.
  • Deep knowledge of multistate Indian real estate regulations.
