Job Description

This role will oversee lead our South East Asia & India (SEA/India) operations. This role requires a strong blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and cultural agility to drive end-to-end supply chain performance across diverse markets.

This is a Supply Chain–first leadership role, with potential future scope to manage manufacturing

operations. A key mandate of this role will be to integrate and strengthen Supply Chain capabilities

across the cluster, bringing together activities that are currently distributed across different functions, and building a cohesive, end-to-end Supply Chain organization.

In addition, this role will serve as the APAC Center of Excellence (COE) for Planning, leading the

standardization and maturity of IBP processes across the region, including the establishment of a

robust executive-level IBP for the APAC Leadership Team (LT).

The role play a critical role in transforming Supply Chain into a strategic partner to the business,

enabling growth, improving service, and driving efficiency while aligning with McCormick's global

standards and local market needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and embed S&OP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

processes across SEA/India

• Act as the APAC Planning COE, driving standardization, governance,

and continuous improvement of IBP processes across the region

• Establish and lead a robust executive IBP cadence for APAC LT,

ensuring clear visibility, decision-making, and alignment on demand, supply,

and financial plans

• Manage a portfolio of 300+ SKUs across multiple markets and

warehousing nodes

• Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, visibility, and product

lifecycle management

• Balance service levels and working capital, ensuring optimal inventory

health

• Oversee end-to-end replenishment, customer order fulfilment, and

logistics execution

• Partner with 3PLs, Customer Service, and Customs teams to ensure

seamless operations

• Drive process discipline, continuous improvement, and digitization to

enhance efficiency and transparency

• Define and deliver the SEA/India Supply Chain strategy, aligned to

regional and global priorities

• Translate commercial growth plans into actionable supply chain

strategies

• Leverage data, scenario planning, and risk assessment to ensure supply

reliability

• Act as a change leader, embedding a performance-driven culture

• Lead the development of a unified Supply Chain organization across

SEA/India, integrating roles currently spread across functions

• Simplify structures and establish clear end-to-end ownership

• Build and strengthen core capabilities in planning, logistics, and

execution

• Develop a future-ready talent pipeline, with strong focus on capability

building and cross-market development

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous

improvement

• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, QA, and Global

Supply Chain

• Act as a key interface with external partners (3PLs, freight forwarders)

• Establish governance mechanisms to drive alignment, transparency, and

execution discipline

• Drive adoption of digital tools, automation, and advanced analytics

• Reimagine route-to-market, network design, and cost-to-serve models

• Embed sustainability and resilience into supply chain decisions

• Proactively manage risks related to supply, regulatory, and geopolitical

environments

• Ensure compliance with customs, regulatory, and safety standards

• Lead audit readiness and governance across the region

• Build and lead a high-performing, multicultural team

• Create an environment of engagement, ownership, and growth

• Develop next-generation leaders through coaching and exposure

Level of Education-- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business,

Experience- 12-15 years of leadership experience across regional or multi-country

supply chains
