We combine deep operator experience with AI to bring decision-ready accuracy, lower cost per file, and faster cycle times for lenders, servicers, and investors. We are at an early stage where clarity of execution matters more than scale.
Role Context:
This is not a traditional strategy role. This role sits at the intersection of CEO thinking and operational execution. You will work directly with the founding team to:
- convert strategy into structured execution
- drive cross-functional alignment
- build internal operating rhythm
- enable scale readiness for global expansion
This role will shape how Logikality executes, not just what Logikality plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Founder's Office & Strategic Execution
- Translate CEO priorities into structured execution plans
- Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly operating cadence
- Track key company metrics: revenue, pipeline, delivery, product milestones
- Prepare board, investor and leadership review packs
2. Business Operations & Governance
- Build and monitor operating dashboards
- Create KPI frameworks across sales, product, delivery, finance
- Establish decision governance frameworks
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability
3. Growth & GTM Support
- Work with sales leadership on pipeline analytics, win/loss analysis, pricing models
- Support expansion into US mortgage clients
- Build and maintain account intelligence frameworks
- Design revenue planning and forecasting models
4. Strategic Initiatives
Drive execution of high-impact initiatives such as:
- Product launches
- New market entry
- Strategic partnerships
- Delivery transformation
- AI productization
5. Internal Systems & Execution Infrastructure
- Build execution playbooks
- Define meeting rhythms, standups, review frameworks
- Enable use of tools like CRM, dashboards, automation workflows
- Build scalable internal processes from scratch
