Director - Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Serve as a visionary leader across assigned businesses and accounts.
• Develop strategic platform ideas grounded in data and strong consumer insights.
• Own and ensure the quality of all strategic and creative outputs delivered by the team.

Insight & Planning:

• Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to uncover actionable insights.
• Guide the development of creative briefs, selling narratives, and go-to-market plans.

Client & Business Growth:

• Lead new business initiatives aligned with the agency's go-to-market strategy.
• Act as a strong client partner to drive brand and business growth.

Team Management & Mentorship:

• Manage and mentor strategists and planners on day-to-day project execution.
• Encourage innovative thinking and elevate team performance through leadership.

Innovation & Thought Leadership:

• Contribute to the agency's intellectual property through strategic initiatives and frameworks.
