About the Role

We are building a dedicated Data Privacy vertical and are looking for a seasoned business leader to drive and scale this strategic business across Enterprise and BFSI segments.

This is a high-impact business leadership role focused on creating and scaling a next-generation cybersecurity growth vertical. The mandate goes far beyond traditional sales leadership - the role requires a builder mindset with the ability to define GTM strategy, drive enterprise revenue, establish strategic partnerships, engage with CXOs, and create long-term market leadership in the Data Privacy and Data Protection space.

The role offers significant ownership, strong leadership visibility, and the opportunity to build a high-growth business from the ground up.

Position Name: Director – Strategic & Large Enterprise

Exp Range: 15-18 years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the overall business strategy for the Data Privacy & DLP vertical
  • Build and execute enterprise GTM and revenue growth plans across strategic accounts
  • Drive new business acquisition and expansion within Enterprise and BFSI segments
  • Engage with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, Risk & Compliance leaders, and CXOs to position strategic cybersecurity solutions
  • Build strategic alliances, ecosystem partnerships, and channel relationships
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Pre-sales, and Leadership teams to shape market positioning and product direction
  • Build and scale a high-performing specialist sales organization
  • Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to drive business growth
  • Establish Quick Heal as a strong and credible player in the Data Privacy and Data Protection market

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience in Enterprise Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Solution Sales
  • Proven track record in managing complex and consultative enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and business leaders
  • Exposure to building new business lines, strategic verticals, or category-led growth businesses
  • Strong understanding of Data Privacy, Data Protection, Compliance, or Cybersecurity ecosystems
  • Excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, and execution capability
  • A highly entrepreneurial and ownership-driven mindset
