As we continue to expand, we are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Director Strategic Alliances & Partnership to build and operationalize a high-impact partner ecosystem. This role will focus on creating strong alliances with Global System Integrators (GSIs), regional SIs, MSSPs, and strategic resellers to accelerate enterprise sales, expand market reach, and drive predictable partner-led revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Alliance Strategy & GTM Ownership
Define and execute global and regional alliances strategy aligned with enterprise sales goals
Identify, onboard, and develop strategic Global System Integrators (TCS, Accenture, Wipro, Infosys, HCL,
Capgemini, etc.)
Build partner-driven go-to-market strategy for SIEM and Data Platform offerings
Develop joint value propositions and industry-focused solutions with partners
Create scalable co-sell, sell-through, and sell-with engagement models
2. Revenue & Pipeline Ownership
Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets
Enable partners to independently position, sell, and implement the platform
Drive partner pipeline development and monitor funnel metrics (Pipeline Qualified Closed)
3. Partner Enablement & Scale
Design and operationalize a structured Partner Program
Enable partner sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams through training and certification
Build a certified partner implementation ecosystem
Ensure partners can support the full security lifecycle (SIEM SOAR Detection Response)
4. Enterprise Deal Acceleration
Leverage GSIs to unlock large enterprise and government opportunities
Drive joint pursuit strategies for strategic enterprise deals and RFP wins
5. Ecosystem Expansion
Develop alliances with MSSPs, MDR providers, and cybersecurity consulting firms
Build joint solution bundles and integrated offerings with ecosystem partners.
6. Operating Rhythm & Governance
Forecast partner-driven revenue and track alliance performance metrics
Align internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams with partner strategy and GTM execution
Required Experience & Skills
1218+ years of experience in Alliances, Channel Sales, or Strategic Partnerships
Experience in Cybersecurity, SIEM, SOAR, Observability, or Data Platforms
Proven track record of building and scaling partner-driven revenue engines
Strong relationships with GSIs and large SIs in India
Experience creating partner programs, enablement frameworks, and co-sell models
Ability to work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership
Required Experience & Skills
1218+ years of experience in Alliances, Channel Sales, or Strategic Partnerships
Experience in Cybersecurity, SIEM, SOAR, Observability, or Data Platforms
Proven track record of building and scaling partner-driven revenue engines
Strong relationships with GSIs and large SIs in India
Experience creating partner programs, enablement frameworks, and co-sell models
Ability to work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership
Strong strategic thinking with a strong focus on execution and revenue impact
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience building alliances for SIEM, Cybersecurity, or Data Platform companies (Splunk, IBM, Elastic, Palo
Alto, Sentinel, etc.)
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior partner stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise deals through partner ecosystems
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to building and scaling partnerships
Strong strategic thinking with a strong focus on execution and revenue impact
