Director / Sr. Director – Human Resources

-Lead the HR transformation with strong focus on governance, compliance, disclosures, and workforce transparency

-Build a scalable organizational structure to support fast-paced growth and public-market expectations

-Preserve Purplle culture while strengthening processes, discipline, and readiness for scale

-Strengthen performance management, HR tech, and people analytics to enable data-led decisions

-Partner closely with Finance and Founders to support investor relations, due diligence, and board reporting on people metrics

-Oversee HR function, drive critical projects, and craft strategies, policies, and processes that fuel business growth

-Collaborate with platform and retail business teams to drive initiatives for a strong, inclusive, and collaborative company culture
