Reporting Manager: Sr. AVP – Growth (Southern Region)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy, consultative sales professional to drive growth in the SME segment. The role will focus on acquiring and expanding relationships with Small & Medium Enterprises by helping business leaders solve talent, leadership, and workforce capability challenges through KNOLSKAPE's innovative learning and transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across SME and mid-market accounts.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with Founders, CEOs, Business Owners, HR Leaders, and Learning & Development stakeholders.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Understand client business priorities and recommend tailored talent transformation, leadership development, and learning solutions.
  • Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, partnerships, and digital channels.
  • Deliver impactful solution presentations, demos, and business cases showcasing measurable outcomes and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and expansion.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and opportunity tracking through CRM platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 7–10 years of B2B sales experience in HRTech, EdTech, SaaS, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to engage and influence business owners, founders, and senior decision-makers.
  • Good understanding of AI, digital learning, talent development, and workforce transformation trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience selling high-value solutions with a focus on business outcomes and customer impact.
