Job Description

We are hiring for an Indian technology and digital services company.

The Role

This is a Director / Senior Director role — and it is a pure hunter position.

No farming. No account management. Pure new logo acquisition.

Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore

You will own the mandate to bring in new GCC clients - greenfield setups, BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) models, and next-generation AI-led capability centers. You will work at CXO level, sell transformational deals, and position India as the global innovation hub for your clients.

What You Will Own :

  • Hunt and close new GCC logos across global markets including India, US, Europe, APAC
  • Drive greenfield GCC setups, BOT engagements, and GCC-as-a-Service deals
  • Build and own CXO relationships
  • Sell AI/GenAI transformation
  • Own the full deal lifecycle including pipeline creation, solutioning, negotiation, closure
  • Lead advisory-driven selling
  • Build ecosystem partnerships
  • Represent the company at GCC forums, CXO roundtables, and industry events

What We're Looking For :

  • 10–18 years in IT services / consulting / system integration sales
  • Demonstrated new logo hunter — this is non-negotiable
  • Proven large deal closures (₹20 Cr+ / multi-year, multi-stakeholder deals)
  • Deep GCC / captive center ecosystem knowledge
  • Strong CXO network and executive engagement skills
  • Solid understanding of Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/GenAI, Managed Services
  • Experience in BOT / GCC setup engagements
