About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and commercially astute Client Partner - Sales to lead business growth and revenue generation across the India market. This role requires a proven B2B sales professional with a strong network among CMOs and senior marketing leaders, along with a successful track record of selling digital and marketing technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the marketing ecosystem, understand the end-to-end marketing value chain, and have the ability to build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers. This is initially an individual contributor role with significant responsibility for driving new business, expanding key accounts, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Own and drive revenue growth across the India market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities across target industries.
- Lead the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and solution positioning to negotiation and closure.
- Own and manage a business portfolio, ensuring achievement of growth and profitability objectives.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Digital Leaders, and other senior business stakeholders across India.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and recommending relevant digital and marketing technology solutions.
- Establish long-term strategic partnerships with key enterprise accounts.
Solution Selling
- Drive consultative sales engagements focused on solving marketing, customer experience, and digital transformation challenges.
- Collaborate with consulting, product, technology, and delivery teams to develop compelling client solutions and proposals.
- Clearly articulate business value and ROI to executive stakeholders.
Market Development
- Strengthen the organization's presence within the marketing and digital ecosystem.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and client needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, leadership forums, and client engagements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 12–17 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic account management.
- Proven track record of selling digital solutions and marketing technology solutions to enterprise clients.
- Strong experience engaging with and selling to CMOs, Marketing Leaders, and Digital Transformation stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the marketing value chain, including customer acquisition, engagement, retention, personalization, analytics, and measurement.
- Demonstrated success in driving new business acquisition and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
- Ability to operate independently and thrive in an individual contributor environment.
