Director of Sales
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Sales to drive revenue growth in the IT / BPO sector. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Proposal Development: Create customized proposals and contracts that align with client requirements and company offerings.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with key accounts to secure contracts and agreements. That benefits both the client and the company.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analysing data to make informed decisions.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize profitability.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the IT/BPO industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to articulate complex solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales performance metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Open to travel to support sales activities and client engagements.
