Director SaaS Production Operations, SRE & Security

We are looking for a senior technology leader to drive cloud operations, platform reliability and security for enterprise SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cloud infrastructure, SRE, 24×7 production operations and customer SLA management.
• Drive incident management, system availability, performance and disaster recovery.
• Strengthen cloud security, vulnerability management, DevSecOps and ISO compliance.
• Improve automation, observability, operational efficiency and cloud cost optimization.
• Lead engineering managers and technical teams to deliver secure, reliable and scalable platforms.

Requirements

• 15+ years of technology experience with strong cloud operations or SRE leadership.
• Proven ownership of customer-facing SaaS production environments.
• Experience managing major incidents, customer SLAs and security remediation.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI, Kubernetes and DevSecOps.
• Experience leading large technical teams and driving operational transformation.
