Job Description: Director - Retail Sales ( Team Management )

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director Retail Sales ( Team Management ) efforts for advertising display inventory in retail outlets. This role focuses on identifying, acquiring, and managing partnerships with brands. agencies and advertisers to maximize revenue from in-store display spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

1.Develop and execute strategies to sell retail display inventory to brands.

2.Identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients.

3.Achieve revenue targets and sales growth objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

1.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.

2.Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Research & Strategy:

1.Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.

2.Provide input for pricing models and promotional strategies to maximize revenue.

Reporting & Analysis:

1.Monitor and report sales performance, pipeline metrics, and market feedback to leadership.

2.Use data insights to refine sales strategies and improve customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

2.Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in retail, advertising, FMCG, Radio, print and TV sales

3.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

4.Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

5.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in retail merchandising, display advertising, or media sales.
2. Familiarity with retail operations and store-level marketing.

Years of experience required: minimum 10-15 years in retail sales
