Job Description

  • Develop and implement resource management strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Oversee workforce planning and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with department leads to forecast staffing needs and address gaps.
  • Monitor and manage team workloads to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes in alignment with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on resource allocation.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Atleast 12+ years of proven experience in resource management within the professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of accountancy practices and their operational requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in workforce planning tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the industry.
