Director - RCM

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee operational, financial, and workforce management for Professional Coding
2. Review performance and provide strategic direction to improve service delivery
3. Manage operations to meet client SLAs, including business continuity and recovery plans
4. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ISO standards, and company policies

Key Deliverables:

1. Achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction through improved processes
2. Successfully manage P&L and meet Gross/Net Margin goals
3. Create and maintain a Center of Excellence in key operational areas
