About the Role 

We are looking for a high-impact operations leader to own end-to-end last-mile operations for Bangalore for one of our largest quick commerce client (Amz Now). This role will manage a large-scale, high-velocity network of 150+ stores with daily volumes of 2–2.2 lakh orders, driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service reliability at scale. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, with complete ownership of city performance, including SLAs, cost, team leadership, and profitability.

Experience & Background 

• 6–10 years of experience in logistics, hyperlocal, e-commerce, or quick commerce operations 
• Proven experience managing large-scale city operations (1L+ daily volume preferred) 
• Strong exposure to 3P logistics, fleet vendors, and ground operations 
•  Demonstrated ownership of P&L, cost structures, and operational metrics 

• Experience in high-growth, high-intensity environments
